       机车轮缘复合型固体润滑棒材是一种以界面润滑原理取代油脂流体润滑原理的新型高分子润滑材料。具有简单可靠、少维护,涂敷位置准确,成膜能力强,不受天气的影响等特点。与油脂润滑相比,附着力强、易成膜、抗极压性强、长效性好,能够减缓轮缘和轮轨磨耗,延长轮对和钢轨的使用寿命,减少机车旋轮或更换轮对、轮箍的维修量,减轻了检修人员的劳动强度,节约运输成本。产品使用性能达到机车减缓磨耗的要求,可以代替进口产品及油脂。
      Composite solid lubrication rod is a new macromolecule lubrication material which works as boundary lubrication rather than grease and fluid lubrication. It has features of simple, reliable, low maintenance, accurate coating position, strong film-forming ability, unaffected by weather and so on.
